3. Description of plans

MYWIE offers three plans

  • Essential plan — free, no commitment. Governed exclusively by the TOU.
  • Family plan — monthly subscription of €9.99 incl. VAT/month, no commitment, cancellable at any time. Includes extended family features, multi-member sharing and priority access to new features.
  • Legacy Plan — one-time purchase with lifetime access. Promotional launch price: €249 including tax (instead of €490 including tax) for the first 1,000 validated subscriptions, in chronological order of payment (see §4). Beyond this threshold, the standard price of €490 including tax automatically applies. It includes all MYWIE functionalities definitively for the account holder, the designated trusted person and transmission to heirs according to the terms described in the T&Cs.

Up-to-date details of features included in each plan are available on /pricing. /pricing

4. Prices and payment terms

As of 18/10/2026, there are 1000 place(s) remaining at the introductory rate out of 1000.

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (incl. VAT). Applicable French VAT is that in force on the order date.

Payment is made exclusively online by bank card via our sovereign payment partner Stancer (payment institution authorised by the ACPR, hosted in France). No bank data is stored on MYWIE servers.

For the Family plan, payment is debited monthly on the subscription anniversary date. For the Heritage plan, payment is made in full on the order date.

If a direct debit fails (Family plan), access to paid features is suspended after seven (7) calendar days, without deletion of account data.

5. Order process

The order follows four steps: (i) plan selection on /pricing, (ii) account creation or login, (iii) acceptance of these TCS and secure payment, (iv) email confirmation.

A confirmation email summarising the order, price, billing frequency where applicable, and the right of withdrawal (see section 7) is sent without delay to the registered address.

For the Family plan, each monthly period is paid online via Stancer (the amount shown at checkout). Automatic renewal with a saved card may be offered later; until then, a new online payment is required to extend access. For the Heritage plan, payment is a single full payment on the day of the order.

If payment for a Family period is not confirmed when it falls due, access to paid features may be suspended after seven (7) calendar days. Account data is not deleted.

6. Duration, renewal and cancellation

An order has five steps: (i) choose a plan on /pricing, (ii) create an account or sign in, (iii) accept these Terms and, if you want immediate access, waive the right of withdrawal, (iv) pay on Stancer’s secure hosted page, (v) return to MYWIE and receive confirmation (by email and/or in the account) once payment is validated.

A confirmation email summarising the order, the price, the billing frequency where applicable, and the right of withdrawal (see article 8) is sent without delay to the address you gave, as soon as Stancer confirms payment.

7. Right of withdrawal

Family plan

The subscription is taken out for one month. Each period starts after payment is confirmed. You can cancel at any time from My account: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no paid period is refunded pro rata. Without a new payment when the period ends, paid access is not extended.

Legacy Package

Subscribed for an indefinite period for life (lifetime of the MYWIE service). No tacit renewal. In the event of shutdown of the MYWIE service, a complete data portability procedure (encrypted export) is provided at no additional cost.

8. Refunds

If withdrawal is validly exercised (section 7), MYWIE refunds all amounts paid within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method as the order, unless otherwise agreed.

No refund is due in the event of express waiver of the right of withdrawal (see section 7), or cancellation of a monthly subscription during the current period.

Express waiver: MYWIE being a digital service with immediate execution, the customer who wishes to benefit from access to paid features before the expiration of the withdrawal period is invited to check an express waiver box at the time of payment (art. L.221-28 13° of the Consumer Code). In this case, the right of withdrawal is lost from the start of the performance of the service.

9. Legal warranties

Customers benefit by law from the legal conformity warranty (Art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) applicable to digital content and services, as well as the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
